This is a full-time Store Manager role where you call the shots on performance, standards, and customer experience 're the driving force behind the team, the numbers, and everything that happens on the shop floor, day in and day out.

• Sales & profit growth – push turnover and profitability with sharp commercial instinct
• Customer experience – lead from the front and make every visit count

• Stock & inventory management – stay on top of stock to maximise availability and cut shrinkage

• Retail store management experience — outdoor, sports, or fashion retail ideal
• A commercial head for KPIs and sales data, and the drive to act on it
• A genuine passion for great customer service
• Strong people skills — training, developing, and motivating a team
• Sharp organisational skills to keep daily operations running smoothly
