Internal Auditor Team Leader

Lead and conduct internal audit activities based on approved audit plans and assignments.

Lead audit teams in inspecting units, sections, estates, and mills.

Conduct interviews, confirmations, and verification with relevant parties.

Review audit working papers and ensure audit findings are properly supported and documented.

Prepare and review draft audit findings and internal audit reports.

Follow up on audit findings and monitor corrective actions.

Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and provide recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
, preferably with experience in oil palm plantation/mill operations
.

Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit
, preferably with experience in plantation/agri-business.

Previous experience leading or supervising an audit team
.

Proficient in English
, both spoken and written.

Good understanding of SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Willing to travel extensively to estates, mills, and other sites
, including inter-island travel.
