Accounting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

• Review the completeness of transaction documents and ensure accurate recording of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other related parties regarding payment processing, collections, and receipt of funds.
• Assist in managing freight charter transactions, including cargo verification, revenue recapitulation, and supporting invoice issuance.
• Record journal entries, including internal operational expenses and intercompany transactions.
• Assist in recording fixed assets and calculating depreciation.
• Perform reconciliation and review of tax accounts (VAT/PPN and withholding tax/PPh) in accordance with tax reports.
• Ensure proper use of accounts, product codes, and service codes in the accounting system.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in operating computers and supporting software such as Microsoft Office, web-based systems, and related applications.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Possess good organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
• Have a basic understanding of journal entries and general ledger processes.
