Civil Engineer

Conduct regular site safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessment (JSA), track non‑conformities and close‑out all safety hazards on construction site.

Enforce SMK3 & Indonesian occupational safety regulations; develop site HSE SOP, work permit control for high‑risk work: lifting, excavation, hot‑work, electrical work, working at high.

Organize HSE induction, safety briefing, tool‑box talk, emergency drill, fire & first‑aid training for local workers, subcontractors and project staff.

Lead incident / near‑miss investigation, analyze root cause, prepare corrective & preventive action plan, maintain complete incident records.

Manage PPE compliance, site housekeeping, waste & environmental control on construction area.

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly HSE reports, maintain all statutory K3 documentation required by Kemnaker; coordinate with local labor authority, client and third‑party supervisors on HSE matters

Monitor subcontractor HSE performance; stop unsafe work when critical risks are identified.

Support internal & external HSE audit for the project.

Education:

Minimum D3 / S1 Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

Work Experience:

Minimum 3‑years hands‑on HSE experience in civil / building / infrastructure construction projects in Indonesia
. Familiar with Indonesian construction site practice.

Mandatory Certification
:
Valid Ahli K3 Umum certificate issued by Kemnaker RI (Indonesia Ministry of Manpower) — this certificate is non‑negotiable for this role. Ahli K3 Konstruksi is a strong plus.

Language:
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia for daily site work; good English reading & writing.

Competency:

Sound knowledge of Indonesian K3 / SMK3 regulation; familiar with JSA, work permit system, construction high‑risk operation control.

Computer:
Proficient in MS Office for report and documentation.
