About Stella Gracia School

Stella Gracia School was established in 2014 and currently has six branches:
Pekanbaru, Kupang, Makassar, Palu, Lombok, and Bandar Lampung. We are continuing to grow. We have adopted the Singaporean, IGCSE, and 'A' Level curriculum for our primary and secondary (Junior High - Senior High) programs. We are a trilingual school where students actively communicate in Indonesian, English, and Chinese. Cooperative and discovery learning are the core of our curriculum, where teachers act as facilitators in class to guide students to discover a new concept together on their own and help each other learn.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a secondary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of student well-being and safeguarding.
• Ability to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively with team.
• Well‑organized, empathetic, and professional.
• Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and moral values.
• Commitment to staying updated with best practices in school counselling.
• Good command of English.
