Arbeit Consultancy is hiring a Radio Network Planning & Design Engineer to lead end‑to‑end RF planning and network design for 2G to 5G technologies. This role is critical for ensuring optimal coverage, capacity, and performance in regional telecom networks.

As a Radio Network Planning & Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating high‑level and detailed designs, performing link budgets, and conducting neighbor analysis. You will leverage big data for network expansion recommendations and work with advanced RF planning tools to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on next‑generation technologies in a collaborative environment.

• ✓ Perform RF planning and design for GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G networks.
• ✓ Create HLD/DLD, link budgets, CDD/CDR, and neighbor analysis.
• ✓ Analyze coverage, capacity, and interference for optimal network performance.
• ✓ Process big data to assess network expansion needs and recommend improvements.
• ✓ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for project execution and reporting.

• ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecom, MIS, or related field.
• ✓ Minimum 5 years of experience in radio network planning and design (GSM/LTE/UMTS/5G).
• ✓ Hands‑on experience with RF engineering technologies and tools.
• ✓ Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• ✓ Self‑driven, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset.

• ✓ Proficiency in RF/GIS tools such as Mentum Planet and Map Info.
• ✓ Experience with drive test analysis tools like TEMS and Actix.
• ✓ Advanced data processing skills using MS Excel and MS Access.
• ✓ Knowledge of VoLTE and IoT network planning.
