SITE MANAGER

We are seeking a highly qualified Site Manager to manage and control project/maintenance activities at Customer operating areas, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, HSSE standards, schedule, quality, and cost targets.

• Manage and supervise all project/maintenance activities at the site in accordance with the contract scope of work.
• Ensure project execution meets quality standards, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Lead and coordinate Engineers, Supervisors, and site personnel.
• Act as the company’s representative in coordination with Oil and Gas users and stakeholders.
• Lead site coordination meetings, HSSE meetings, and management meetings.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with Government of Indonesia (GOI) labor regulations and contract requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Physics, Instrumentation, Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance Service or Project execution within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a Site Manager or Project Manager, or 3 years as an Engineer or Supervisor.
• Holds a valid Fire Safety Management System (FSMS) training certificate or equivalent.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal, soft skills, and professional work attitude.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, including reporting and presentations.
• Computer literate, minimum proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with Government of Indonesia (GOI) labor regulations and their implementation in Oil & Gas projects.
• Capable of leading management and coordination meetings effectively.
• Willing to live and be permanently based in Pekanbaru – Duri area.
• Proven experience working on Oil & Gas projects, preferably with Pertamina Project.
