Engineering Technician, Field​/Service Technician

As a Technician at PT SLS Bearindo
, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by providing technical expertise, inspection services, and engineering solutions. This is a full-time position where you will work both independently and collaboratively with our sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Perform technical service activities.

Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting for customers.

Offer technical advice and application guidance for products and solutions.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance when required.

Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation
.

Deliver technical training or product presentations to customers.

Support the sales and service teams with engineering expertise.

Maintain strong and professional relationships with end users and partners.

Preferebly Vocational High School (STM/SMK) graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Technical major
.

At least 2 years of experience in technical field.

Passionate about engineering work, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Good communication skills, humble, and a strong team player.

Possess a valid SIM A (Driving License).

Proficiency in English is an advantage.
