Safety Monitoring Engineer

• Conduct field observations using portable CCTV monitoring facilities.
• Take intervention and corrective actions when identifying abnormal conditions, unsafe acts, or unsafe conditions based on portable CCTV observations.
• Analyze findings and provide recommendations for preventive and corrective actions.
• Facilitate virtual/online Management Walkthrough (MWT) activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with field personnel and contractors regarding portable CCTV operations.
• Prepare and submit reports on observations, progress, issues, and other project-related activities to the Supervisor.
• Minimum Diploma (D3), Bachelor's Degree (S1), or Master's Degree (S2) from any major.

2.75 for Technical D3 graduates

3.00 for Non-Technical D3 graduates

2.75 for Technical S1/S2 graduates

3.00 for Non-Technical S1/S2 graduates

6 years for D3 graduates

2 years for S1/S2 graduates

• Experience in K3LL, HSE, Safety Monitoring, Field Operations, Construction, Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities, or related industries is preferred.
• Possess a valid AK3U (General Occupational Safety Expert) or K3 Migas Certification
  .
• Possess a valid SIM A (Driving License).
• Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Able to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and operational risks.
• Good communication and coordination skills with field personnel and contractors.
• Willing to be assigned to customer Lintasarta site in Pekanbaru ( Rumbai / Duri ).
• Willing to work full-time from the office (Full Work From Office/WFO).
• Willing to be employed under a Project-Based Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) with Lintasarta.
• Monday – Thursday: 07.00 – 16.00 WIB or 07.30 – 16.30 WIB
• Friday: 07.00 – 16.30 WIB or 07.30 – 17.00 WIB
