Air Tractor AT-Captain

🧭 The Opportunity

As an AT-802 Captain, you will take command of a high-performance, tailwheel turbine aircraft and uphold Susi Air standards at every phase of flight. You will ensure safe, compliant operations while collaborating closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams.

• Act as Pilot-in-Command on the AT-802 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, W&B, and weather assessment.
• Lead risk management and maintain a proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.

• Total flight time: 2,000 hours minimum.
• Tailwheel time: 300 hours minimum.
• Air Tractor AT-802 time: 100 hours minimum.
• Licence: CPL with IR.
• Open to licence holders: ICAO.
• Medical:
  Class 1.
• ICAO ELP Level 5.

• Copy of latest examiner's report/proficiency check form/flight review/flight test.
• Accident/incident-free verification report from the aviation authority.
• Must pass the Ishihara Color Test.
• Valid with minimum of 24 months remaining validity.

Non-Type Rated pilots are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will receive structured AT-802 training and company indoctrination to ensure safe, standardized operations.
