The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position that integrates into a dedicated team servicing vehicles. In this role, you will develop foundational automotive maintenance skills and earn benefits from day one, including related tool‑program discounts.

Pay Range: $12.80 – $19.20 per hour

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive components, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes.
• Install and maintain tires.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and inspect electrical systems.
• Road‑test vehicles to verify repairs.

• Demonstrated ability to learn mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times, capable of driving customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in the automotive service industry preferred, but not required.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
