Overview
Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our multi‑specialty clinic in Pekin, Illinois.
Opportunity Details- Join a team of 6 physicians, 6 advance practice providers, and dedicated nurses and MOAs
- Multiple other specialty care providers on site—including Pediatrics, ENT, Endocrinology, and Podiatry
- Well‑appointed, conveniently located clinic offering full lab draw services and X‑ray onsite
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
- Average patients per day: 16‑18
- Call schedule: strictly telephonic; physician takes all calls for their own patients with cross coverage available among other providers
- Patient contact hours: 36 contact hours each week with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- Clinic schedule: M‑F 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Compensationand Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $325,000 – $360,000. This represents a good‑faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
