Your Role:

• Providecompassionate carewith dignity and respect for each resident in our skilled nursing facility
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing and medical team.
• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance withlong-term care standards
• Maintain reliable transportation and ensure punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Routinely make rounds, providing responsive care and services to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management in apatient-centered careenvironment

• CurrentIllinois CNA certification
• A caring, reliableteam player

• Graduates from an accreditedCNA program
