Team Fletcher is hiring a Mitigation Manager
! As the Mitigation Manager
, you will manage, support, and motivate the Water Restoration Division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development. You will continue to ensure our Restoration Teams make every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!” Your efforts in driving the efficiencies of your department will result in rewards for you, as this is a salaried position with starting base pay $50,000 to $55,000 annually PLUS great quarterly commission incentive potential!
- Maintain continuous communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
- Manage staff development of the Restoration Division.
- Work with the General Manager and Owner to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
- Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager and Owner.
- Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
- Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise.
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Industry certifications strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations.
- Minimum 3 years management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
Work Environment Requirements
This is a management position routinely working in an office environment; however, field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.
While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel RequirementsThis is a full-time position working 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, 40+ hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, as needed. As business is emergency-response in nature, this position requires availability for communication with work team members after-hours and on weekends, as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local.
However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
