Assistant Manager - Radio Dr

• Lead and manage shift operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to company standards
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
• Interact professionally with customers and employees, maintaining a friendly demeanor and resolving concerns with empathy and transparency
• Handle money management responsibilities, including cash handling, reconciliation, and financial accuracy
• Answer phones, take orders, and provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and store cleanliness to maintain operational efficiency
• Make decisive decisions under pressure while maintaining analytical thinking and problem-solving approaches
• Schedule staff shifts and manage time management to optimize team productivity
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and general store maintenance

• Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and food service industry (preferred)

What are we looking for?

• Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license

• You have to be at least 18 years old.
