Store Delivery Expert - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and handling transactions professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
- Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
- Handle cash and card payments securely, following company protocols and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our brand standards
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices
- Build positive relationships with customers and represent our organization with integrity and professionalism
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
- Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
- Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Physical capability to safely lift and carry delivery items
- Familiarity with the Pekin area or willingness to quickly learn local routes and neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
