Total Filtration Services, Inc is the largest full‑line distributor of filtration products and services in North America. We operate 13 stocking branch locations throughout the United States with our headquarters located in Troy, MI, and maintain a strong national network to manage any filtration needs.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and coordinating operational activities related to onsite inventory and filter maintenance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with customers and contractors to meet service commitments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain onsite inventory levels and track filter orders and usage.
• Coordinate weekend filter change‑outs with customers and contractors, ensuring timely execution and compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory to prevent shortages and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain service quality.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of filtration systems and inventory management is a plus.
• High technical aptitude.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• Daily local travel; one overnight per week minimum – company vehicle provided.
