Endoscopist; Part -Time - North Alabama​/Endoscopist Corporate

Restore has opened a part-time SLP Endoscopist position for North Alabama. This role will primarily involve provision of Fiber optic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) services in the skilled nursing and outpatient settings. This role may include assistance with SLP evaluation and treatment coverage and other SLP responsibilities as indicated (based on availability once FEES coverage needs are met).

• Provide Fiber optic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) assessments
• SLP duties, as assigned
• Serve as a clinical resource for speech-language pathology programs

• Active Alabama SLP License, in good standing
• CCC-SLP
• Prior FEES training and experience is preferred, including completion of both basic and advanced FEES training courses.
• Candidate not currently trained in FEES will be considered, with on-the-job FEES training provided by Restore Therapy. (A signed one-year service agreement addendum will be required if training is provided by Restore Therapy.)
• Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of swallow physiology and anatomy, swallow diagnostics, and dysphagia interventions.
• Therapy Services, LLC CPR Certification (AHA BLS)
• Extensive travel may be required
• Must have reliable transportation (mileage and travel time will be paid following company policy)
