The NLP Engineer will help build and deploy NLP models and data pipelines that power smarter business tools. You’ll work closely with product owners, data engineers, and analysts to create scalable solutions that make information easier to find, understand, and use—turning raw data into insights that drive real impact.

• Designs, develops, and refines NLP models and AI‑powered chatbots capable of interpreting and responding to natural language queries across structured and unstructured data.
• Contributes to dialogue design, intent recognition, and conversational flow improvements to enhance chatbot interactions and user experience.
• Integrates and supports NLP models within business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, internal knowledge bases) for intelligent data retrieval and semantic search capabilities.
• Collects, annotates, and preprocesses and cleans large‑scale text datasets using Python and NLP libraries, ensuring high‑quality input data for training and evaluation.
• Participates in data labeling, quality assurance, and model retraining to maintain and improve system performance.
• Evaluates NLP and chatbot performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1‑score, and user satisfaction, assisting in model tuning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with software engineering teams to integrate and deploy NLP models into production systems.
• Documents workflows, experiments, and results clearly and concisely.
• Collaborates cross‑functionally with technical teams, stakeholders, and management to align NLP solutions with business objectives.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics or a related field; master's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with NLP libraries.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and experience with structured/unstructured data.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to work under deadlines with guidance.
• 2‑3 years experience with REST APIs and deploying ML models.
• Exposure to deep learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platform.
• Knowledge of SQL, Airflow, Spark, or other data engineering tools is a plus.
