Summer Classics invites you to join our team as a CRM and Analytics Product Manager. In this role, you will own the CRM platform, lead business analytics initiatives, guide the roadmap for the CRM system, champion user adoption, and enable seamless integrations across business systems.

- Define CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and the CIO
- Drive user adoption through training, support, and change‑management initiatives
- Ensure CRM and related business systems support end‑to‑end processes by building integrations between systems
- Perform system monitoring, audits, and health checks to ensure uptime, performance, and compliance
- Stay current on CRM platform updates and implement new features
- Promote best practices for CRM usage, governance, and advocate adoption organization‑wide
- Lead collection, validation, and analysis of data across ERP, CRM, POS, e‑com, and other systems
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for business leaders
- Support advanced analytics using machine learning and AI for forecasting, sales enablement, pipeline analysis, and process improvements
- Ensure continuous evolution of customer and business analytics systems
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or 4+ years of related experience
- Proven experience with CRM administration and development, including workflows, integrations, and system support
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, middleware (iPaaS), system integrations, and data‑management best practices
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (Power BI) and experience with data warehouses/lakes (Snowflake)
- Skilled in gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and leading projects
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business‑analysis abilities; able to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train users and work effectively across varying technical skill levels
- Highly accurate, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel); CSS, HTML, or query writing a plus
