As a Sewing Operator I, you will help produce high-quality cushions, pillows, and related products using industrial sewing equipment.

You will follow patterns and work orders, work with a variety of fabrics, and play an important role in keeping production moving safely and efficiently.

We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, whether you are continuing to build your sewing skills or bringing experience from another production environment.

• Sew cushions, pillows, umbrellas, and other finished products based on daily production needs
• Work with different fabric types, weights, and textures
• Follow patterns, instructions, and work orders to produce consistent, high‑quality products
• Operate industrial sewing machines and make basic adjustments as needed
• Perform simple machine tasks like changing threads, needles, and bobbins
• Check your work for quality before it moves to the next step
• Keep your sewing area clean, organized, and safe
• Support the team by rotating to other tasks or stations when needed

• Sewing experience, ideally in a production or industrial setting
• Comfort working with industrial sewing machines or a strong desire to learn
• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• Ability to balance accuracy with production pace
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written instructions and patterns
