Sewing Operator I (On-Site in Pelham, AL)

As a Sewing Operator I, you will help produce high-quality cushions, pillows, and related products using industrial sewing equipment.
You will follow patterns and work orders, work with a variety of fabrics, and play an important role in keeping production moving safely and efficiently.
We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, whether you are continuing to build your sewing skills or bringing experience from another production environment.

- Keep your sewing area clean, organized, and safe
- Support the team by rotating to other tasks or stations when needed
- Sewing experience, ideally in a production or industrial setting
- Comfort working with industrial sewing machines or a strong desire to learn
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Ability to balance accuracy with production pace
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written instructions and patterns
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
