Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
  • Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
  • Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply rooms, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Maintain an LPN or LVN license per state regulations.
