• Work with a team of 2‑4 other team members to provide ongoing care for landscapes that promotes our Standards of Excellence on our clients' properties.
• Work efficiently and perform maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, shrub pruning, etc. under the direction of the Team Leader.
• Operate maintenance equipment such as zero‑turn mowers, edgers, trimmers, backpack blowers, etc.
• Ensure that Nature Scape, Inc.'s Standards for Excellence are attained and safety guidelines are followed.

• 1‑year experience working on commercial landscaping maintenance crews preferred.
• General understanding of landscape maintenance techniques.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and working in adverse (hot, cold, wet) conditions.
• Valid driver's license required; driving record will be checked and a clean record is required.
• Candidate must have a personal vehicle; reliable transportation is required.
• Required to undergo a full drug screen and criminal background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.

• Job type:
  Full‑time
• Pay rate: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience and evaluation of work‑related skills.
• Location:
  
  Pelham, AL (on‑site work), with work sites throughout the Birmingham area including Hoover, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, and Homewood.
• Work schedule:
  
  4‑day work week, 10‑hour days. Overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half.
