Merchandising Sales Associate

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push, pull, lift, and reach merchandise up to 50 pounds; operate store equipment.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, climb ladders, and move throughout the store safely and efficiently.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry and complete all training.
