Store Associate​/Device Repair Tech Pelham

We offer on the job training. No experience required. But it's helpful if you are tech savvy.

We pay $13.00 - $14.50 /hour + Commission on phone screen/battery installs, difficult car battery installs, flashlights sold, Alkaline sold, car/motorcycle battery chargers sold, lifetime car key fob & watch batteries sold and so much more!

If you already have extensive phone and tablet repair experience pay is negotiable.
(PAID BI-WEEKLY)
$14.50 an hour will be giving after all Phone Repair Training has been completed. Training can start week one if the employee has the talent. Our goal is to have you complete Phone Repair Training within 30 days.

Batteries Plus is seeking to hire a full time Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician to provide top-notch customer service while making sales and repairing our customers' devices. We are open Monday - Friday 8AM- 7PM Saturday 9AM - 7PM , Sunday 10 AM - 5PM.

YOUR LIFE AS A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE / DEVICE REPAIR TECHNICIAN

You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions. Any clerk can sell a pack of AA batteries, but you are a trusted advisor that can recommend the right battery for the application whether it's a cell phone, truck, or recreational vehicle. You also answer inbound phone calls and happily answer customer questions. You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily to ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued.

You get to use your mechanical skills to repair our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. Your experience has given you the confidence to assist our customers with their technology troubles. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable transportation

Customer service and retail sales experience are preferred, but not required. Do you have strong communication skills? Are you friendly with excellent customer service skills?
