Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure efficient daily functioning, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees while ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Communicate performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and address employee development or corrective actions.
• Oversee store opening and closing, ensuring operational readiness and security.
• Analyze financial statements to identify sales trends, control expenses, and manage inventory effectively.
• Order merchandise to meet stock targets, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper product presentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

• Ability to interpret documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of recruiting, legal compliance, and safety procedures.
• Preferred high school diploma and management experience in retail.
• Some locations may favor bilingual Spanish speakers.

Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, bending, and use of equipment. Fast-paced environment with exposure to outside weather conditions ular use of transportation for store-related tasks.
