We’re seeking motivated sales professionals to join our successful sales team. Our Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes to conduct sales presentations, helping homeowners make same-day decisions on gutter protection.
Primary Responsibilities:- Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners.
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
- Follow a value-based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity.
- Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required).
- Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
- Proficient with navigating applications on an iPad (required).
- Previous outside sales experience is not required.
- Willingness to learn a structured sales process.
- Strong desire and ability to close sales.
- Uncapped, full commission structure, with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000+.
- Performance-based bonuses.
- ICBA Contractors insurance available.
- Flexible weekly schedule.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
