Position

Summary

This full‑time role pays an hourly rate plus commission. It provides the training and experience needed to launch you into an exciting career as an On‑Site Sales Agent for Smith Douglas Homes. In this role, you’ll be paired with successful Sales Agents who will support you with personalized instruction and guidance while you utilize your organizational and follow‑up skills to provide the Sales team with essential administrative support.

You'll delight in the privilege of assisting families toward finding an affordable home of enduring value. In addition, you’ll draw on your honed interpersonal and customer‑service skills to develop trusted and long‑lasting relationships with our buyers. What You’ll Do
  • Follow established administrative procedures to assist with sales, closings, and community management
  • Gain an understanding of new home prices, home site premiums, and release of home sites
  • Coordinate setup of loan applications for prospects and monitor the loan process
  • Complete monthly competitive studies
  • Maintain the upkeep of the Sales Center, model homes, and production inventory homes
  • Demonstrate homes and home sites directly to potential buyers
  • Communicate website updates and needed changes to Marketing staff
  • Attend all Community Review meetings and homeowner events
  • Active involvement in community and professional organizations
  • Ensure daily marketing efforts are completed including signage, materials, and website updates
Minimum

Job Requirements
  • Alabama Real Estate license
  • Administrative and sales experience preferred
  • Computer skills:
    Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience helpful
