Location Pelham, AL Compensation $50,000.00 per year (USD)

** Responsibilities:
*** Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and equipment
* Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
* Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
* Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
* Ensuring compliance with appliance standards & with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
* Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
* Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations
* Performs related work as assigned
** Requirements:
*** Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC Technician
* Valid driver’s license
* Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (HVAC)
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Enjoys interacting with people
* Excels at working with little direction
* Ability to work in confined spaces
