RN Care Coordinator
New Dimensions Home Health Care is seeking a Part Time RN to work with clients in the Detroit Lakes area. (Weekday Hours- 8a-4:30).
Job duties include:
- INR draws
- Setting up medications
- Being the liaison between the client and their doctor
- Documenting assessments
- Supervising PCAs
Applicants must be organized, have good assessment skills and the ability to work independently.
