Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining client records.
- Utilize communication skills to interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for creating reports and managing client information.
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently to direct calls and assist clients effectively
Other skills preferred:
Business experience answering multi-line phone system and great people skills!
