* What We Offer:
** 401K The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated, delivered and managed appropriately. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services.

* Minimum Qualifications:
** Three years of leadership management experience in a hospice or related health care organization Two years' experience in a direct Hospice field Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community Must be able to modify/approve clinical paperwork, as well as perform chart audits and provide associate education when necessary
Must have knowledge of hospice Medicare, state regulations, governmental regulations, ACHC, and JCAHO standards (if applicable)

* Key Responsibilities:
** Participates in the planning, development and implementation of in-services and continuing education programs to meet education and training needs of organization personnel Ensures patient care is performed according to agency policy and regulatory/state requirements Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
