Maintenance Technician (AL) – Allied Mineral Products Join the Maintenance Team in Pell City, Alabama.

A minimum of 2‑5 years of industrial maintenance experience in the following areas:

• Electrical
  • Controls
  • Low and Medium AC and DC voltage
  • Motors
  • Instrumentation
  • Electrical print reading
• Mechanical
  • Drive Systems (V‑belts, gears, chain drives, gearboxes)
  • Bearing installation and maintenance
  • Couplings & shaft alignment
  • Packing and seals
  • Lubrications
  • Dust collectors and fans
  • Mechanical print reading
• PLC aptitude
  • PLC troubleshooting and repair
• Hydraulics
• Air Compressors
• Forklift and battery maintenance
• Docks and overhead door maintenance
• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal capabilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to take initiative.
• Ability to work in all types of conditions (heights, cold/hot, dirty, confined spaces, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (work order, purchasing and inventory) and general knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance preferred.
• Ability to wear a respirator.

Salary Range: $26.40 – $38.60 per hour.
