This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but it is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to achieve quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
