Designers support three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, coordinating measurements, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.

By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Welcome customers to the store and assess their kitchen and/or bath project needs.
• Provide showroom tours and discuss design options.
• Set up kitchen and/or bath measurements and coordinate with customers.
• Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
• Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
• Support the three store priorities to drive sales and achieve department and store goals.
