Job Description:

- Actively engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Educate customers on available vehicle options, features, and benefits
- Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase vehicle performance
- Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales transactions with customers
- Collaborate with finance department to secure vehicle financing for customers
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions
- Stay updated on industry trends and new vehicle models
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
