Sr. Logistics Analyst - Pella, IA

Overview

The Senior Logistics Analyst supports the Corporate Logistics Team by delivering strategic insights, structured reporting, and data analysis that align with departmental goals and leadership agenda priorities. Leveraging Oracle Transportation Management (Cloud) and Power BI, this role is responsible for tracking key performance indicators such as productivity and on-time delivery, analyzing monthly trends, and assessing their impact on overall team performance.

This position will collaborate closely with Finance to design and maintain a robust reporting framework that enables data-driven decision-making and fosters continuous improvement. The analyst will also lead and support logistics projects, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
