Bright Horizons in the Pella, IA area is seeking a Lead Teacher for our KPrep program. This in-person role guides a teaching team, delivers curriculum, and communicates with families to track daily milestones.
The position follows a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Fri 5:30 AM–4:00 PM). Compensation is $16.25–$18.00 per hour with medical, dental, and vision insurance and a path to a free college degree through the Horizons CDA & Degree Program.
