JOB SUMMARY:As a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in empowering patients to achieve their highest level of function and independence—all within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Using your clinical skills and compassionate care, you’ll help individuals regain mobility, restore confidence, and improve their overall quality of life.
Working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist in delivering both direct and indirect occupational therapy interventions in accordance with the patient’s individualized treatment plan and state practice guidelines. Your contributions will support recovery, reduce the risk of hospital readmissions, and foster long-term wellness.
