About the Role
We are looking for a Service Now Business Analyst to join our IT team to drive the evolution of our Service Now platform. In this role, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. WhatYou'll Do
- Analyze & gather requirements: partner with business units to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to define workflows and identify process improvements.
- Optimize Service Now: identify opportunities to enhance Service Now modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) and recommend and implement platform configurations and enhancements.
- Document & communicate: create clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, and serve as the communication bridge between developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Test & validate: support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing efforts, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user training sessions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Service Now preferred.
- Strong understanding of Service Now modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic projects, influence stakeholders, and drive platform adoption.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics and reporting tools.
- Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS‑BA) are a plus.
