Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards
- Communicating effectively with crew and next Shift Managers to help prepare for a great shift
- Achieving targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals
- Working open and closing shifts
- Monitoring safety, security, inventory and profitability
- Managing crew schedules and encouraging high performance during shifts
- Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
- Training new team members on critical job functions
- Cash management – accurately counting drawers and change fund, documenting cash over/short and refunds
