McDonalds Manager

Seeking managers looking to gain employment with the McDonald’s franchise operating in Raccoon Valley Partners. This role focuses on supervising food safety, managing crew schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer service during high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards
• Communicating effectively with crew and next Shift Managers to help prepare for a great shift
• Achieving targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals
• Working open and closing shifts
• Monitoring safety, security, inventory and profitability
• Managing crew schedules and encouraging high performance during shifts
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
• Training new team members on critical job functions
• Cash management – accurately counting drawers and change fund, documenting cash over/short and refunds
