This top notch 6–9 month paid field sales training program, located at Pella s corporate headquarters, provides an exciting, fast paced, and fun work environment with a seamless transition into a sales career with nationwide relocation opportunities upon completion of the program.

We look for you to provide a competitive drive, outgoing nature, and the will to be the best in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in intensive sales, product, and systems training through classroom and on-the-job experiences
  • Engage with real customers via quoting, follow-up, and sales support processes
  • Gain foundational knowledge of residential/commercial construction and window/door products
  • Coordinate and compete in case competitions, research projects, and sales contests
  • Represent Pella at showrooms, trade shows, and local events
  • Travel to three Pella branch locations for hands-on experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of related experience
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; willingness to learn Pella systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, professional etiquette
  • Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Physical & Work Environment
  • Regular office and field work; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands frequently
  • Work may include occasional warehouse visits and exposure to construction environments
