Aventura Mall is seeking a Land Development Superintendent for the SoLe Mia project. This full-time on-site role oversees earthwork, roadway construction, utilities, and landscape/hardscape installation, coordinating with the Project Manager and Engineer to meet schedule and budget.
You will manage field teams, enforce safety standards, maintain daily reports, and ensure quality across trades while coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors on site.
