Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a qualified CRNA for a full-time opportunity to join our excellent team at Memorial Hospital West.

Highlights of this opportunity include:

• Anesthesia Care Team is comprised of 18 physicians and 36 APPs

• Case mix includes general, Ortho, OB, GYN, Neuro, Regional, Thoracic, ENT, Oncologic Surgery and GI. No Peds, Hearts or Trauma

• Annual case volume: 14,000; 3,500 deliveries

• 14 ORs, 2 C-section rooms, 3 GI suites, Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Suite

• Dedicated night physician and CRNA call system

• One call weekend approximately every month various schedules available: 5-8-hour shifts or 4-10-hour shifts
