Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant - Full Time Evening Shift to join our team at Palmetto Care Center. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dedication to excellence will help us deliver exceptional care that exceeds our residents' expectations.

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other medical procedures as needed

• Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to support residents' recovery and development of new skills

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work evening shift, with flexible scheduling as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents as needed
