Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite under a physician's plan of care. You will assess patient needs, perform treatments, administer medications, and educate patients and families while documenting care in real time to support safe, continuous care.
Licensed RN with at least 1 year of nursing experience and current CPR certification is required.
