Help Carlyle Group engineer the next generation of our platform, one well-tested Ruby commit at a time. Read it as a $95,000 - $145,000 invitation to own technology work in Orlando, backed by a senior title and 7 years of trust.

• Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems leveraging Leadership and Jenkins
• Build internal tooling that improves developer productivity and velocity
• Catch the remote-friendly Type Script regression in staging before it ever reaches Orlando customers
• Trace a remote-native technology bug across three Kafka services to the one bad line
• Translate a napkin idea from Carlyle Group founders into a Linux deeply technical prototype

• At least 6 years of standing behind your own estimates
• Experience at the senior level inside a remote role
• Demonstrated calm when an Orlando, FL client changes scope mid-stream
• Familiarity with Carlyle Group-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them
• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating

Everything Carlyle Group ships starts as a high-energy argument in an Orlando conference room about how Ruby should really work. We keep the Orlando, FL office quiet on Wednesdays so deep Type Script work actually gets a fighting chance.

At Carlyle Group, $95,000 - $145,000 is just the opener; the mentorship, benefits, and Orlando, FL flexibility are where the offer gets good.

This one is current, freshly dated, and very much hiring.
