Job Title:
Lift Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join our client on a National Grid project.
Requirements- Valid National Grid Person ticket (essential)
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Lift Supervisor qualification
- Previous experience supervising lifting operations on civil engineering or utilities projects
- Good understanding of lifting plans, safe systems of work, and site health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Supervise all lifting operations in accordance with the lifting plan and site requirements
- Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with current legislation
- Coordinate with crane operators, slinger/signallers, and site management
- Monitor lifting operations and stop work if unsafe practices are identified
- Follow site instructions and National Grid safety standards
- Assist with general site duties when required
