Care and Support worker

• Pembroke We are a dedicated recruitment agency looking for caring and committed care and support workers to join our growing team in Pembroke. Your day-to-day duties may include:
• Personal Care:
  Support with hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
• Daily Living:
  Help with cooking, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe home.
• Medication:
  Administer or prompt medication according to care plans.
• Community Access:
  Accompany clients to activities, appointments, and shopping.
• Relationships:
  Build trust, offer companionship, and support emotional wellbeing.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate daily notes, incidents, and health records.

Requirements:

• 6 months UK based experience in a care or support role
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid UK driving licence is an advantage
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
