MOT Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a MOT Technician based in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire.

• Starting salary up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience

• Work schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week with a rotating Saturday schedule (1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am-4:00pm), with a day off in lieu during the week when working a Saturday

• Conduct MOT tests on customers' vehicles to Ministry standards
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, performing servicing and repairs as required
• Support workshop operations to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
• Provide basic customer service and assistance at reception when needed as an MOT Technician
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety compliance within the workshop environment
• Complete all work within specified time frames to ensure customer satisfaction

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester
• MOT qualification and valid MOT licence
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points
• Ability to produce high-quality work consistently
• Friendly, approachable, and committed to customer service
• Reside within reasonable commuting distance of Pembroke, Pembrokeshire
• Previous workshop experience, whether through employment or an apprenticeship, is essential
